Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, US Virgin Islands, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington. UFOs were also seen in Argentina, Canada, Columbia, Greece, Mexico, Spain, and the UK.

These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over one hundred UFOs reported each week represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when I chased one over England when flying for the US Air Force. I've been investigating them ever since. The US Air Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more than twenty years, we continue this research. Jesus talking to his disciples states, "Do not let your heart be troubled. Trust in God, trust also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." John 14-2. It is my belief that God has spread intelligent civilizations throughout the universe.
